Elizabeth Tullis, S-MFT
Elizabeth has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and specializes in working with teens and women experiencing issues with relational stress, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, trauma, family issues, and life transitions. She has received training in both Internal Family Systems and Emotion-Focused Therapy and utilizes both of these modalities along with Attachment Theory to guide her practice. Elizabeth's passion for working with teens and women began as she transitioned out of being a fashion model in New York City and has a strong desire to help teens and women build confidence around their sense of identity, self-worth, and bodies.
When Elizabeth isn't working, she loves spending time with friends, her husband, and cute pup Hugo.
Elizabeth is providing Psychotherapy under the supervision of Mary Tate, LCSW.
“Somehow we’ve come to equate success with not needing anyone. Many of us are willing to extend a helping hand, but we’re very reluctant to reach out for help when we need it ourselves. It’s as if we’ve divided the world into “those who offer help” and “those who need help.” The truth is that we are both.”
